You can view all email accounts managed through your MarpaMail client portal from the Accounts section.

Sign in to the MarpaMail client portal. See How to Access Your MarpaMail Account.
Go to Mail → Accounts.
The Accounts page displays the email accounts available under your domain.
You can view the account's username, permission level, enabled status, and API access from the account list.
